Jaanu Losses Stall Dil Raju Remake Plans?
By: Tupaki Desk | 3 April 2020 5:19 AM GMTThe ace producer in Tollywood, Dil Raju is never questioned for his Script judgement skills. The producer has tasted so many big successes in the Telugu Film Industry and thus made his name a big brand!
Usually Di Raju never shows interest in remakes but of late he remade the Tamil hit '96' as 'Jaanu'. This movie has shattered the dreams of Dil Raju incurring huge losses to him. Mean while he is currently remaking the Bollywood 'Pink' as 'Vakeel Saab' starring Pawan Kalyan which is in doldrums of the lockdown . Telugu Film Nagar sources say that Dil Raju who bought the remake rights of Bollywood hit film 'Badhaai Ho' is no more interested to do it.
It was evident that Dil Raju wanted to remake 'Badhaai Ho' with Naga Chaitanya but he denied. Later the subject went to Sharwanand who faced debacle in the form of 'Jaanu' and is nowhere having hopes to proceed with Dil Raju's words!
Dil Raju now wants to stall the project and is said to show no more hard feelings on the money spent on the remake rights. Producer like Dil Raju shouldn't get disheartened with just one poor judgement but should continue give good films to Telugu audience either a straight film or a remake!
