Court fines FAN makers for not keeping song

Before the release the makers will release a song from the film. Some audience will go to the movie if they love the song. But if the song is not present in the movie they will get extremely disappointed. A female fan from Maharashtra faced the same situation. She filled a case that the makers have deceived her and even received the compensation for it.
Bollywood Baadshah Shahrukh Khan released his movie titled as Fan in which he played a dual role. The movie story is about a star hero and his die hard fan both roles played by SRK. During the movie promotions the song Jabra fan became popular but the movie doesn't have that song. On this note, a lady named as Afreen Zaidi filed a petition in supreme court that the makers have deceived her. Interestingly the Supreme court has gave a judgement that the makers from YashRaj films have to pay Rs. 15000 for her as compensation.
The first look, teaser, trailer and the songs are the ones which create the hype among the audience about the movie. Some audience decide whether to watch the movie or not based on the trailer and songs. If the songs are up to the mark then the first week collections itself brings back the budget of the movie. But unfortunately, Yash Raj Films has paid the fine for the fan for not keeping the song in the film.
