Pelli Choopulu in Bollywood

One of the few small budget movies which came out with zero expectations but became a blockbuster is undoubtedly Pelli Choopulu. The movie featured Vijay Devarakonda and Ritu Varma in the lead roles under the direction of Tarun Bhaskar. Now film makers from other languages are eyeing to remake the same movie.
Director Nitin Kakkar is going to remake Pelli choopulu in Bollywood. There were so many speculations about the hero name and the director finally selected Jackky Bhagnani to play the lead role. The title of the movie is not yet announced. Because of the local language of Telangana, the movie has got a special recognition and bagged two national awards. The director is working hard on the script work and changing it according to the Bollywood audience.
The movie is going to run in Gujarati backdrop. As Gujaratis love to cook it would be easy to create a hotel theme in the movie. Heroine is not yet finalized. As soon as the casting gets completed the first schedule of the movie will go on sets.
