Senior actor Jagapathi Babu started his second innings by playing the antagonist role in super hit movie Legend starring Balakrishna. Ever since the movie success he didn't look back and has been doing versatile characters. Not only in Telugu but Jagapathi Babu is gaining recognition as a villain and character artist in Malayalam as well.
Jagapathi Babu has become very busy after turning into a character artist. But, he recently started a new campaign. To support the small budget movies the actor has started a 'charity walk'. This versatile actor suddenly appeared in the RK Beach Road of Visakhapatnam doing a walkathon. Now, Jagapathi Babu is doing 'paadayatra' in the Kaleswara Rao market in Vijayawada. The actor revealed that he is doing that to encourage the upcoming actors in the industry and is wishing that instead of getting disappeared the small budget movies should gain success too. The fans who saw their favourite actor Jagapathi Babu in white and white on roads also joined him and started walking with him.
However, the actor hasn't revealed what is the connection between walking on the streets and encouraging small budget movies. He claimed that he will do the same even in Hyderabad too and will unveil the details soon. 'Paadayatras' are common in politics, but why is a film industry person following the trend of politicians?
