Why Jagapathi Babu's Mom stopped talking to him?

Jagapathi Babu proudly claims he has inherited never-say-die attitude from his Mother. But, there was a phase where JB's Mom stopped talking to him for several years.
Inspite of being the son of Producer VB Rajendra Prasad, Jagapathi Babu had to convince his parents a lot to enter Film Industry. Particularly, His Mother was against the choice and she stopped talking with him for many years because of it.
Once, JB's Mom came to know about his smoking and drinking habits. For 7 years, She didn't talk with him due to this reason.
Jagapathi Babu wasn't even allowed to go to the US as his Mother feared he would marry 2-3 women.
May be, JB's Mom will be now happy to see his son in good position as an Actor, lead a happy life with his Wife and give up smoking & drinking.
