President Garu Reveals Why Patel Sir Failed

Telugu audience remember 'Patel SIR' movie title well because Jagapathi Babu acted in the lead role after a long time. It is known that 'Patel SIR' teaser created a sensation when it was released. As Jagapathi Babu achieved his lost craze after accepting villain roles, there were huge expectations on the film but the movie miserably failed at the box office.

Some people didn't even know when the movie released and when it was out from the theaters. In a recent interview, Jagapathi Babu revealed that he knew beforehand that the movie won't run well. He said that he shared the same thing with producer Sai Korrapati. Jagapathi revealed the reason for the failure of the film.

He said that they made 'Patel SIR' with a good story but their biggest mistake was to cut an action teaser for the film. He said that audience expected that they are going to watch an action thriller but the movie turned out to be a family drama. As they have expected something else, they were disappointed with the film

Jagapathi Babu added that though he got the craze as an actor.. he didn't have the market as a hero.. it is another reason for movie's failure. He went on to say that 'Hitudu' is also a good film and he got full satisfaction for doing such a film. His market as a hero and poor publicity killed the prospects of 'Hitudu' at the box office.
