Balakrishna has a cult following and the actor fans start shouting slogans Jai Balayya whenever and wherever they can.
They even sarcastically make fun of such slogans and shout them out loud at other film screenings for fun.
Jr. NTR never seen shouting out the slogans but he always said to be fan of his uncle.
After the death of his father, Nandamuri Harikrishna, NTR needed a support system to cope up with the loss and Balakrishna decided to be the elder of the family.
May be for that reason Jr. NTR joined the gang at SS Karthikeya wedding who are shouting Jai Balayya slogans and Akhil started listening to him intently, beside him.
