Oxygen failed.. Jawan did better

Tollywood movies have a good market in the USA as well. We have witnessed some Telugu movies that did exceptionally well at USA box office. However, no Telugu movies are doing at the the US box office these days. The producers are also facing huge losses in there.
It's a known fact that Gopi Chand's Oxygen movie and mega hero Sai Dharam Tej's Jawaan movie hit the silver screens last weekend. Gopichand don't have a good market in USA. As expected his Oxygen failed to receive great openings just like his other films. So, Oxygen directed by AM Jyothi Krishna stood as a flop by collecting $21k (Rs. 1365 Lakhs) at the boxoffice.
On the other side, Tej's Jawaan is doing good at the US boxoffice. Keeping the profit percentages aside, the movie collections grossed $150k in the opening weekend and marked itself as the highest premiere gross in his career.
