Boyapati's Over-Confidence led to Failure

'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' ended as a biggest Flop in the career of Boyapati Seenu. The Filmmaker should blame himself for this situation as it happened because of his over-confidence. Had if he kept the market of the Hero in mind during the casting process & release, This wouldn't have happened.

Clash with 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri' & 'LIE' had a negative impact on the revenues of 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka'. Initially, Theatrical Rights were sold out for Rs 34 crore. Due to the clash, Distributors held negotiations with Producer and brought down the price to Rs 31 crore. Even this amount wasn't recovered in the full run. All that 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka' managed is a Gross of Rs 36.25 crore & Share of Rs 21.45 crore.
