Why JP is upset with Amaravati Foundation?

Lok Satta chief Jayaprakash Narayan compared the AP Capital foundation ceremony to event management & platitudes. "AP's capital #Amaravati 's foundation ceremony concluded on disappointing note. Except platitudes, nothing of substance is announced," he comments.
JP opined the key to AP's progress and empowerment of Youth is tax incentives for Investment & Job Creation. He felt the need for Centre granting 100% Corporate Income Tax & Excise Duty Exemption for 10 years to AP.
The Former IAS believes Capital should merely be seat of Government and People should have very little to do with Capital city. He points out New York, Los Angeles & Chicago aren't Capitals. He reminds People doesn't want feudal culture of worshipping power & treating gods but good governance & economy centered round People's lives.
