Hot anchor has no interest to play heroine

Hot anchor Jayathi is quite popular among Telugu audiences as her TV show "Vennela" got her huge recognition. After anchoring this show, she went offline for a while.
In the upcoming film "Lachhi", Jayathi will be seen as heroine and this is her debut on silver screen as an actress. However she claimed, "I'm not at all interested to play heroine roles. I love to produce films. But Lacchi movie director Eeshwar convinced me to act in leading role too, and I've agreed for him. In future, I'll continue as producer only".
Whether Jayathi continues as actor or producer, is dependent on how Lachhi works.
