Jiah Khan's Death not Suicide: UK Forensic Expert

A British forensic expert reached the conclusion that Jiah Khan's death wasn't a case of suicide. The report states injury marks on her face and neck hints her suicide was staged. It also clarifies the dupatta couldn't have caused such an injuries and she might have been hit by an object.
While the Indian forensic experts have ruled that the death caused due to suicide, UK-nased Jason Payne-James hired by Jiah Khan's Mother Rabia Khan brought the murder angle into the case. It was only a month ago CBI ruled out any possibility of murder in the case.
Sooraj Pancholi's Father Aditya Pancholi questioned the sanctity of the UK Forensic Report as it was paid one. He wants to proceed further based on whether the court admits it or not.
Jiah Khan was in a relationship with Sooraj Pancholi. She was found handing in her Juhu apartment on June 3rd, 2013. Sooraj Pancholi was charged with abetment to suicide.
