Juicy Update On Ayyappanum Koshiyum Telugu Remake

Ever since Sithara Entertainments acquired the remake rights of Malayalam blockbuster, Ayyappanum Koshiyum, many speculations were going high about the cast and crew of the film.
Recently, a buzz is carried out that Ace actor Nandamuri Balakrishna is evincing interest to act in this remake. However, the latest update is that Balakrishna is showing no interest in doing this remake due to the lack of commercial elements in the film. Also, he feels that the film has Malayalam flavour all over it and it may be tough to recreate the basic premise of the story.
Now, the makers are considering either Venkatesh-Rana combo or Raviteja-Rana combo for the remake version as they can fit perfectly to the role.
The talk is that talented director Harish Shankar will be picked to direct the film. However, there is no official clarification on this yet, but an announcement may be out in the coming days.
