Star Hero Wife In Mani Ratnam Film

Jyothika was a star heroine in South a few years ago. She went on to act with most of the top stars in South including Rajinikanth.. Chiranjeevi. She took a long break from films after marrying Tamil star hero Suriya. She made her re-entry into the film industry in 2015 with '36 Vayadhinile' and continuing her acting career now.

She is presently working on 'Naachiyaar' in the direction of Bala. Music director cum hero GV Prakash Kumar is playing a crucial role in this film. Another film 'Magalir Mattum' is in the post production now. Apart from all these films, she has signed Mani Ratnam next film. It is going to be a crucial character in the film as per the Kollywood media.

This is the first time for Jyothika to associate with Mani Ratnam in her career. On the other hand, Mani sir is yet to announce his next film officially. He is presently busy finalising the cast for his film as per the buzz.
