Box-Office: Shahid Kapoor Scores Debut 'Double Hundred'

Touted to be the Hindi remake of Tollywood blockbuster movie 'Arjun Reddy', Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer, 'Kabir Singh' has recently hit the screens on June 21st and has been creating so many records at the box office.
It has been 13 days since the release of the film and the movie has already reached the 200 crore mark in India. Kabir Singh is all set to reach the lifetime collections of Salman Khan's 'Bharat' movie and is going to emerge as the highest grossing films in Bollywood. Despite being a remake film, the audience are showing interest in watching the movie. The back to back blockbusters of 'Arjun Reddy' and 'Kabir Singh' have made director Sandeep Vanga one of the most sought after directors in the industry.
On the other hand, 'Arjun Reddy' is also being remade in Tamil with the title Aditya Varma starring Chiyaan Vikram's son Dhruv Vikram. We have to wait and see how far the Tamil version is going to impress the audience.
