Kajal Agarwal got the shock of her life ahead of the release of her 50th Flick 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri'. The Actress moved the court against VVD Coconut Oil brand for allegedly using the commercial featuring her even after the completion of the contract period.
Much to Kajal's shock, Court pronounced the verdict in favour of the VVD Coconut Oil Company. She was even asked to bear all the expenses incurred by the Company for Court expenses.
In addition, Court opined Promoters of VVD Coconut Oil can use the Photoshoot Scans and Ad featuring Kajal for 60 years as per the contract.
Actually, Kajal was approached by a leading Coconut Oil brand even before her contract with VVD Coconut Oil ended. That's when the Actress decided to move the court for cutting ties with not so popular brand. She, however, faced a setback in the court Today for being too greedy.
