Kajal Won't Reduce It
By: Tupaki Desk | 23 Jan 2018 7:56 AM GMTKajal Aggarwal, the actress known as princess and Chandamama of Tollywood, has been in-demand even after many flops and a decade long career.
She had the most turbulent career among the actresses of her time, but still she is the most popular one among them all. Samantha and Anushka, her contemporaries, have set their priorities in the film choices and she is the only one along with Tamannah who is still being approached by multiple makers for glamorous and acting oriented roles.
Hence, her demands have also been completely in sync with it. She doesn't want to reduce her remuneration at any cost and even left few projects because of that.
When she had to face a draught in the offers by the end of 2015, she managed to star opposite three big heroes in Tollywood, Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu and Jr. NTR. With Jr. NTR's Janatha Garage becoming a success and her item song in the film, being the highlight she once again became popular choice for producers to cast opposite senior heroes and stories that had important female lead roles.
The actress is demanding one crore per film and that goes 10 to 15% high, when she has to star opposite a senior actor. Adding to her demand, 2017 proved to be her luckiest year with two huge blockbusters in Telugu and Tamil.
Right now, she is acting in movies, Paris Paris, MLA (Machi Lakshanalunna Abbayi) and Awe! She is in talks for Sarwanand-Sudheer Verma film and Venkatesh-Teja film as well.
