Kajal To Be The Heroine In This Famous Sequel?

It is well known that gorgeous lady Kajal Agarwal got married to businessman Gautham Kitchlu during the lockdown period. She gave birth to a baby boy in April and named him Neil Kitchlu. She took care of the newborn all these months and reports suggest that she is now looking to get back on the big screen again. She has become active on social media again and reports claim that the 'Temper' beauty is a game for glamour shows too.
While rumors are going around claiming that she may be roped in to do the item song in 'Pushpa: The Rule', she is currently focusing on 'Indian 2' in which she is the heroine beside Kamal Hassan. Latest reports suggest that she may be romancing Raghava Lawrence soon and that too in 'Chandramukhi 2' which is the sequel to the super hit film which came back in 2005. Apparently, the team was in search of a big heroine to play the female lead and Kajal reportedly looked like a perfect option. As per sources, it was Kajal who offered to be a part of this project as she is eager to give a comeback to films. The 'Chandramukhi 2' team is also keen on bringing her onboard. We need to wait till the official announcement arrives.
'Chandramukhi' is a film that was an unforgettable part of our childhood memories. Featuring superstar Rajnikanth and Jyothika in the main roles, the movie was a blockbuster. Whether it is Rajni's iconic introduction fight or the expressions of Jyothika in the climax or the unforgettable 'laka laka laka' dialogue or the scenes where Jyothika gets possessed by Chandramukhi's spirit, the film was a part of everyone's childhood. This movie was later remade in 2007 as 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa' in Hindi. Bollywood came up with its own sequel for this film recently. 'Bhool Bhulaiyya 2' featuring Karthik Aryan in the lead turned out to be a huge hit in the North.
The sequel to this film already arrived in the Kannada language and it was remade in Telugu as 'Nagavalli' with Venkatesh as the lead. But director P Vasu who made 'Nagavalli' himself has decided to make 'Chandramukhi 2' in Tamil. The movie is expected to be dubbed in Telugu as well. 'Chandramukhi 2' was announced in June and Subaskaran is producing it. While P Vasu is the director, horror specialist Raghava Lawrence is going to play the lead. Lawrence is known for his horror movies both as a director and actor. MM Keeravani is the music composer while RD Rajasekhar is the DOP and Thotta Tharani is the art director.
