Kalyan Krishna's Loss, Bobby's Gain!

Director Kalyan Krishna had two successive hits at the box office with 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' and 'Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam'. When Kalyan Krishna was planning 'Nela Ticket' with Ravi Teja, he got the offer of Venkatesh-Naga Chaitanya multistarrer. Suresh Babu planned the film with Kalyan Krishna initially.
As Kalyan Krishna couldn't handle both the projects, he went ahead with 'Nela Ticket'. The Presenters, producers Vishwa Prasad, Vivek Kuchibhotla looked for other options and they have approached Bobby. As 'Nela Ticket' turned out to be a dud, there is no scope for Kalyan Krishna to be back into the Venky-Chaitu multistarrer which is titled 'Venky Mama'.
The stage is set for the multistarrer launch now. The makers are planning to launch the film on July 11. The shooting will start sometime later as Venky and Chaitu are busy with their respective films. Whatever be the case, Kalyan Krishna missed a good chance of directing 'Venky Mama'
