Speculations of Nandamuri Kalyanram contesting from one of the Assembly Constituencies in Telangana as TDP Candidate on behalf of Grand Alliance went viral few weeks ago. Pro-TDP Media had even offered leaks such as - Reel MLA all set to turn as Real MLA upon contesting from either Jubilee Hills or Serilingampally Seat.
If the strong buzz is to be believed, Balakrishna seems to have asked Kalyanram if he is ready to contest in the upcoming Assembly Polls in Telangana. Kalyan Ram informed Balayya that he don't have any political aspirations as of now and focus will be only on films he acts & produces for the next 10 years.
TDP Leadership isn't ready to accept 'NO' from Kalyan Ram why because a positive indication could be sent to party supporters in Telugu States if he contests. Most importantly, Chandrababu Naidu is very particular about the choice of candidates this time. He doesn't want to prefer those opportunistic leaders who would jump to the ruling party after the elections. Will the TDP Supremo himself take the responsibility to convince Kalyan Ram?
