Kalyan Ram is so confident about 'ISM' that he already declares its the career-best film for both him and Puri Jagannath. He had this gut feel ever since he watched the final output with the Director.
According to the Nandamuri Hero, 'ISM' is based on the ideology of an Individual, in this case its Film's Hero. Its completely different from the regular commercial subjects. You don't get to see even the kind of Climax that's very common in Telugu films.
For 'ISM', Kalyan Ram has shed 12 kgs within four months. He achieved 6-pack-abs with rigorous workouts and strict diet. Though he hates fish, He had eaten it 3 times a day only to attain a desired shape. At first, Family members have raised concerns over the strenuous workouts but he took it up as a challenge to undergo drastic makeover.
