Kalyan Ram has been doing action flicks.. mass entertainers throughout his career. He has changed his route and acted in 'Naa Nuvve'. He has gone for a complete makeover for the romantic love story. Though Kalyan's look received good applause, weak content has damaged the film's prospects at the box office. What is more worrying for Kalyan Ram is that the movie turned out to be the biggest disaster in Kalyan Ram career. Kalyan Ram's close associates are saying that the result of the movie has literally shocked him. He is reportedly saying that he didn't expect this kind of result as they have tried something new.

'Pataas' is the biggest hit in the career of Kalyan Ram. The movie has collected Rs.15 crores. Trade pundits thought that Kalyan Ram will continue in the range of Rs.10-15 crores range market in future. But his next three films 'Sher'.. 'Ism'.. 'MLA' turned out to be flops. His market was continuously decreasing with each flop. That's the reason why his latest film 'Naa Nuvve' received minimal collections. If Kalyan has to bounce back, he needs a hit like 'Pataas' again.
