Hello Heroine Reveals Audition Story

The makers of Hello waited for a long time to finalise the heroine for their movie. A lot of names including the Bollywood heroines like Alia Bhatt were considered for the movie. Finally, it was Kalyani who was brought on board for the movie. Kalyani recently revealed the story behind her selection in the project.
"I came to know that they searched a lot for this role. DOP Vinod's wife and our family have a common friend. Nagarjuna garu is also friends with them. They recommended me for this role after showing my photos on Facebook. They called me for the audition. Hello director Vikram Kumar K worked with my dad and he knew me before. But he okayed me after giving the audition. My father could have easily recommended me for the role but it did not happen. My father wanted me to achieve something on my own." revealed the actress.
Talking about working in father's direction, Kalyani said, "After gaining some popularity, I may act in his direction but as of now, there is no such plan."
