Mixed talk on Legend's cancellation of B'day

On November 7th, it happens to be birthday of legendary Kamal Haasan, but the Universal Hero has called off the celebrations. He asked his fans to not undertake any cake-cutting events and so.
Apparently the mood in Tamilnadu is quite sober as CM Jayalalitha is in bed from nearly 1 month. While her condition is said to be fine, people are in gloomy and they didn't celebrated even the Dasara festival recently with elan. This is because of the situation Jaya is in. That's the reason they have cancelled all events.
However people are throwing satires whether Kamal has cancelled his B'day celebrations out of respect for Jaya, or due to fear. Did you remember that incident when Jaya government held Viswaroopam release until Kamal openly cried before media?
