SRK's Detention - Don't Overreact!: Kamal

The detention of Shahrukh Khan at Los Angeles airport has caused a nationwide outrage. Even after US Immigration Authorities conveyed an apology for the inconvenience caused to one of the biggest stars of India, Debate continues to happen on the Security Checks.
Kamal Haasan opined US Immigration Officials have just done their job by following the rules and there is no need to overreact on the issue. He feels even Shahrukh doesn't mind detention & would never say he should be treated differently just because he is a star.
The Versatile Actor reveals he faced detention in the past and doesn't find fault with US Immigration Authorities as they were just following the rules. He sees the detention as nothing but US trying to be more careful after the terror strikes.
At the same time, Kamal points out that having 'Khan' in the name doesn't mean there is a possible threat. Faulting generalizing about all the Khans, The 'Viswaroopam' Star comments such a thing is as worse as branding all the Americans as stupid.
