Star Hero to train 10,000 Film Technicians

Legendary actor Kamal Haasan who is currently the chairman of FICCI will be training as many as 10,000 Technicians of Indian Film Industry as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Skill Development Mission. This 3-day Skill Development Programme will happen in Chennai in the month of November.
Kamal Haasan stated technicians will be certified by experienced practitioners. He informs more focus will be on the technicians who does dangerous works (electricians, fighters). He feels skills of our Technicians should grow to an extent that even Doctorates were given to Costume Designers. He advised Technicians not to see the Skill Development Programme as an opportunity to demand for hike in wages.
The major issue in Film Industry at present is Producers facing financial issues and the impact it has on the release. Kamal Haasan believes such issues could be solved through Transparency.
