Tamil flick 'Kanaa' narrates the story of a Young Woman who fights all the odds to live her dream of becoming an Indian Cricketer. Spinner Ravichandran Ashwin who hails from Tamil Nadu unveiled the trailer.
'Kanaa' marks the debut of Hero Siva Karthikeyan as Producer. Siva Karthikeyan & his Daughter had even sung the father-daughter track in the film. Strong father-daughter bond between Satyaraj & Aishwarya Rajesh is worth praising. A Daughter wishing to play cricket to make her Father happy…isn't it a beautiful point? Aishwarya Rajesh & Sathyaraj have breathed life into their characters.
Not many knew that Aishwarya is the daughter of Rajesh who acted in many films in the 80s. She shot to fame with National Award-winning flick 'Kakka Muttai'. This Young Heroine has done key roles in Vikram's 'Saamy 2' and Mani Ratnam's 'Nawab'. She took up the challenge to play a tough role in 'Kanaa' and delivered her best. This movie will always remain special in her career.
