Movie Lovers around the World admired Anushka's performance as the Warrior Princess Devasena in 'Baahubali' franchise. All those who loved the role reprised by Sweety have got a reason to feel happy as Devasena gets a TV Adaptation.
Karthika Nair of 'Josh' & 'Dammu' fame has been roped to reprise Devasena's part in the small screen adaptation titled as 'Aarambh' which is aired on Star Plus channel. The screen name of Karthika is Devasena and it will be as beautiful & powerful as that of Anushka's in 'Baahubali'.
Baahubali Writer YV Vijayendra Prasad offered the script for this TV Show. Goldie Behl directed 'Aarambh'. Rajneesh Duggal is being cast opposite Karthika. The character (Varun Dev) have similarities to that of Amarendra Baahubali.
However, Makers clarify that story of 'Baahubali' and 'Aarambh' aren't one and the same.
