Katamarayadu beating Khaidi No 150 scores

Well in the first place, Pawan Kalyan's "Katamarayudu" hasn't released but still its giving some tough competition to Khaidi No. 150 at many places. Wonder how? Here it goes.
In East Godavari district, actually Khaidi No. 150 rights are sold for 5.60 crores but Katamarayudu stunned everyone as it got sold for 5.86 crores. Similarly in other regions the film of Pawan Kalyan got close to Khaidi No. 150. In Guntur Chiru's movie fetched 6.40 crores and Katamarayudu is sold for around 6+ crores. in West Godavari Katamarayudu made 4.60 crores while Khaidi No. 150 made 4.75 cores from pre-release theatrical sales.
Seems like the two mega brothers are literally competing with each other.
