Big Twist in KCR's Delhi Tour

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao wished to remain in Delhi for four days to meet Prime Minister, Home Minister and few Union Ministers. He was supposed to undergo few tests related to his dental treatment as well. Much to everyone's surprise, Chief Minister has cut short his tour and returned Hyderabad by Today evening itself.
On Sunday, TRS Cabinet passed a resolution on new zonal system regarding education and jobs. KCR left for Delhi immediately to meet Prime Minister for seeking President's nod for it's approval.
During this tour, Telangana CM wished to discuss with Centre about pending issues, reservations for Muslims & Girijans. TRS Sources informed KCR may stay in Delhi at least till Tuesday. He, however, returned to Hyderabad soon after meeting Rajnath Singh.
Appointment of Prime Minister seems to be denied for KCR. This is the first Delhi Tour of TRS Supremo after he brought the proposal of Federal Front. Is that how Modi showed his anger on KCR's Mission?
