KCR's Strong Comments On Telugu Cinema!

As much as Telugu cinema is touching heights and competing at an international level when it comes to technical standards, it is staying connected to its roots and this is very commendable.
It is where Bollywood failed and Tollywood succeeded. A lot of films are arriving which are connectable to the local audience.
Lately, we have seen a lot of Telugu films hitting the screens which has a Telangana dialect. Interestingly, they are turning out to be very good hits at the box office. This fact has been pointed out by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in the assembly.
During his speech, he talked about the rich Telangana culture and stated that films where heroes speak in the Telangana dialect are striking gold at the box office.
He true to some extent as movies like 'DJ Tillu', 'Jathi Ratnalu', 'Arjun Reddy', 'Pelli Choopulu' and others have turned out to be successful. There are more films coming like this. Take a look at what the CM said in the assembly.
