Could anyone remember the Child Artiste who played the lead role in 'Amrutha' directed by Mani Ratnam? Her name is Keerthana Parthiepan and she is the daughter of Director Pathiepan.
Keerthana got lucky with Mani Ratnam for the second time. Yes, She signed Mani Ratnam's upcoming multistarrer but this time he will be assisting the master craftsman in the direction department.
Not many knew, Keerthana wished to work behind the camera just alike Akshara Haasan. Hence, She has been now working as Assistant Director to Mani Ratnam.
Karthi and Dulquer Salmaan are playing leads in Mani Ratnam's next. Shruti Haasan and Keerthy Suresh are likely to play female leads. Shooting starts from September this year.
