"I Got Emotionally Connected," Says Mahanati.

Keerthi Suresh owns both acting talent and glamour. That is the reason she grabbed the most prestigious biopic of the legendary actress Savithri. Also, she worked very well and the released posters are proof that she is looking exactly like Savithri. However, Keerthi felt a loss of words to speak about the titular role she played in the film.
Recently at the audio launch event of Mahanati, Keerthi Suresh started her speech slowly and stated that she will talk for a long time. "Director Nag Ashwin and producer Swapna Dutt approached me that they are doing the biopic of Savithri and asked me to do the titular role. I immediately said no as it is a very challenging role but Swapna convinced me. They built up the confidence that I can do it. The first person I have to say Thanks is Nani. He was the one who said that it would be nice if I do that role. Thank you." Said Keerthi about the backstory of her accepting the role. Being a star heroine, Samantha played a role which is not the lead. I know Dulquer from my childhood. He is my family friend. I am very happy to share the screen space with Vijay Deverakonda for the first time." Added Keerthi about her co-stars.
"I thought of saying so many things. But I am feeling the loss of words. Mahanati is one of the projects which I connected emotionally. It has been a beautiful journey for me. Wherever Savithri is, I feel that her blessings are always there. Our journey is completed. I really wish that everyone watches the movie in theatres and make it a hit." Said Keerthi. The movie is gearing up to hit the theatres on May 9th.
