Producer Ketireddy Jagadeeshwar Reddy is very active in politics than films. He is presently leading an agitation for the rights of Telugu people in the name of Tamil-Telugu Yuvashakti. He says that Telugu people are suppressed in Tamil Nadu. Freshly he is demanding that Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy should be recognized as national hero. At the same time, he has made several requests to Chiranjeevi who is getting ready for a film on Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.
He said that "Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy life is inspirational to future generations. He fought with British and sacrificed his life for the freedom. Our country got freedom 100 years after Uyyalawada death. Chiranjeevi is bringing the story of a such a hero on to the screen. All the scenes in the film should reflect his courage. Great actor like Chiranjeevi garu should make the movie like 'Alluri Sitarama Raju'.. not for commercial values. The movie should establish the greatness of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy".
What he asked Chiranjeevi regarding Uyyalawada appears to be requests.. they are sounding like demands also. But those are fair demands.. and no one can deny them.
