'KGF - 2' Enters The 1000 Crore Club In Style!

Prasanth Neel and Rocking Star Yash's 'KGF - 2' has created a storm at the Indian box office. This pan-Indian film which was an out-and-out action entertainer has broke many records and create new ones over the past couple of weeks. Now, the film has officially entered the 1000 crores club and it is the first Kannada film to achieve it.
'KGF - 2' is the continuation of the first chapter which came out back in 2018. Expectations were riding high on this film which came out on 14th April and it was released on a grand scale in all languages. It has created a sensation now by minting 1062 crores worldwide within 15 days of its release. Also, 'KGF - 2' is the second film to enter the 1000 crore club in 2022. As it is aware, 'RRR' which came out on 25th March entered this club already and got over 1100 crores.
Overall, 'KGF Chapter 2' turned out to be the fourth film to enter this elite club after movies like 'Dangal', 'Baahubali 2', 'RRR' and 'KGF- 2'. We need to wait and see how much this mass entertainer earns by the end of its theatrical run. A major chunk of 'KGF - 2' collections arrived from the Northern market. The Hindi dubbed version got 353.06 crores till date and crossed the collections of huge Bollywood hits like 'Tiger Zinda Hai', 'Sanju', 'PK' and others. It stands behind 'Baahubali - 2' (510 Crores) and 'Dangal' (387 crores).
'KGF' is produced by Hombale Films and it features Bollywood actors Raveena Tandon and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. Ravi Basrur is the music composer of this movie. It was released by Farhan Akhtar's production banner in Hindi while Sai Korrapati released it in Telugu. Srinidhi Shetty is the film's heroine.
