If the reports are believed, Sudeep is actively looking at new projects in Tollywood. With so much happening in Hyderabad, sources say that Sudeep has bought a villa in the city instead of living off suitcases at hotels.
The sources say that Sudeep's latest property cost around Rs 5 Crore in the Gachibowli area. Very soon, he will be taking ownership of the villa and renovate it as per his requirements.
On the work front, Kichcha Sudeepa is currently busy with the mega project 'Phantom'. Written and Directed by Anup Bhandari, the film is going to be a fantasy-action thriller with Sudeep essaying the role of a cop called Vikranth Rona.
