Telugu Dialogues: Only Rhyming, No Meaning

Trivikram Srinivas is the successful writer turned director in the industry whose influence is evident on the upcoming and budding writers. Many writers try to follow him in penning down some interesting punchlines. The same style is evident in the writing of Kishore Tirumala.

The director recently came up with the film Unnadhi Okate Zindagi. There's a dialogue in the film which goes like, "College Friends Exams ayye varaku untaaru, Office Friends Sayanthram Aru ayye varaku untaru kani chinna nati snehithulu chachentha varaku untaaru." The dialogue's intention was to reveal the childhood friendship between the hero and his friend. But the dialogue carries an improper logic and still it passed.

The director teamed up with Ram for a film Nenu Sailaja and there's a famous dialogue in the film which goes like, "I love you but I am not in love with you." Even this dialogue also carries an improper logic. It is a good trend that the directors are trying to come up with such lines in their films and the way they are taking it forward into the public is appreciable. The question is till when will the audiences welcome this trend?
