Kishore Tirumala wowed everyone with his deubt film Nenu Sailaja. Soft romance, friendship and sensitive love were the dominant themes of that film. This film went on to become the career best hit for him. This was a dream debut for Keerthy Suresh. DSP's music too has elevated the film.
Kishore Tirumala tried the same love and friendship genre in Unnadi Okate Zindagi, where he failed to recreate the magic. Two heroines, swashbuckling Ram, DSP's music could not save the film and the plot was contorted.Now, Kishore Tirumala is doing a film with Saidharam Tej. The film is being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Even this film has both love and friendship sentiment. Teju is already doing a love story Tej I Love You. If that film fails, then Kishor Tirumala's project too might bomb.
When other young directors are trying different genres and unique storylines, why is Kishore Tirumala still relying on love and friendship genre? Isn't it time he tries something new?
