Now, the latest in this genre is Kolamavu Kokila, a thriller with Nayan as the central character. One only has to see the trailer of this film, which created flutters. The response has been tremendous. Nayan plays a smuggler who pedals a contraband powder worth Rs 25 crore from one place to another. She travels with her family members to smuggle the contraband. The film is about her travel with her family members in a van. A comedian, who is in love with her, too tails her.
But, it is the end that is truly shocking. The demure, shy Nayan turns very hostile when the baddies try to finish her off. Nayan's look and her screen presence are truly fabulous. If the trailer is any indication, then it appear certain that it could become a super hit. The film is being directed by Nelson Dileep Kumar and is likely to be released this month end in Tamil. A Telugu dubbing too is likely to be released around the same time.
