Earlier news came that Mani Ratnam would soon do a Web Series for Amazon Prime on some mythological theme with 9 episodes on the theme of Nava Rasa. It was also revealed that the ace director has zeroed in on some directors like Gaitham Menon, Bejoy Nambiar, Arvind Swamy, Karthick Naren and Siddharth (debut) to direct an episode each.
