Kona Venkat Disappointed With Reviews

Star writer Kona Venkat has penned and co-produced the latest film Neevavro. The movie is the remake of the Tamil film Adhe Kangal and the makers pinned high hopes on the success of the film. The film starring Aadi Pinisetty, Taapsee Pannu and Rithika Singh released yesterday and opened to negative talk from the morning show itself. Not even a single review has praised the movie which disappointed the entire film unit.
Later in the night, Kona came up with an interesting tweet. “As everyone is in a hurry to leave. Please congratulate Venkat. We really loved the movie. The story is 4 stars, editing 4 stars…I give the movie 4 stars’. he posted on his Twitter profile. Even though the tweet left a lot in confusion, some have come to a conclusion that he made a satire on the critics and the ratings that they gave.
But, on the whole, the film failed to perform well at the box office.
