'Konda Polam' Doing Good Business Despite Low Buzz!

Young Mega hero Vaisshnav Tej is all set to arrive with 'Konda Polam' on October 8th and this rural drama is directed by versatile filmmaker Krish. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine while it has a strong technical team. A film of this calibre usually arrives with a huge buzz but it is not the case with 'Konda Polam'. The makers released the posters, trailer and a song but they failed to make a lot of noise.
With 'Love Story' occupying the entire limelight till date and Pawan-YSRCP tussle taking the center stage recently, the promotions of 'Konda Polam' are not reaching the audience as per the experts. The makers are also not giving any interviews and restricting themselves to social media. Despite all this, sources say that 'Konda Polam' did a good pre-release business. As per the trade talk, the rights of the film were sold for good rates and the main reason behind this is the huge success of Vaisshnav Tej's debut movie 'Uppena' which earned over 50 crores.
Also, Krish has his own fanbase which will help the film. 'Konda Polam' is not a regular commercial film and offers something different. We need to see if this film gets the required hype by the time of its release or not. This film is an adaption of an eponymous novel by Sannapureddy Venkata Rami Reddy. MM Keeravani is the music composer while Gnanasekhar is the cinematographer.
