Koratala Siva Heads For A Legal Fight Over Plagiarism Claims

For a few days now, star director Koratala Siva has been facing the plagiarism allegations over his upcoming film, Acharya which stars Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role.
A young writer Rajesh Manduri has accused Koratala of stealing his story. He alleged that Srimanthudu director copied his script 'Peddayana' which is registered with the Telugu Writers Association.
Responding on this, Koratala Siva said that he'd been writing the script of Acharya for over 2 years now, and there's no chance of any similarities between his script and Rajesh's script.
Now, the star director has decided for a legal battle against Rajesh. He filed a defamation case over plagiarism claims. Acharya Producer Niranjan Reddy, who is a lawyer by profession, completed all the formalities and the case would come up for hearing soon. More details are awaited.
