No scope for Nandamuri in Balayya's 100!

Ever since he made his debut as child debut, Nandamuri used to remain as prefix to Balakrishna's name in the title cards of all his 99 Films. This age old practice hasn't been continued for the actor's landmark century film.
Fans were surprised to see Nandamuri missing from the first look posters of 'Gautamiputra Satakarni'. Instead, Krish decided to use the name of Balakrishna's Mother Basavatharakam as the prefix. The filmmaker gonna implement the same even for the title cards.
Krish clarifies: 'In olden days, Father's name was used as prefix. In those era itself, Satakarni made his mom Gauthami's name as his surname. That's why we used Basavatharakaputra Balakrishna here. Even 'Anjanaputra Krish' was used for my name. The same thing was applied to rest of the cast & crew. A Man can be greater than his Dad, but not his Mom. Hence, We showed our respect to Mother is this manner'.
