It has been a long time since director Krishna Vamsi scored a hit. Most of his movies are becoming disasters at the box office. Some even failed to run in the theatres for at least two weeks. His last movie was Nakshatram. Despite having star cast, the movie became an utter flop.
Now to prove his talent and get back into the form, Krishna Vamsi is trying a movie in a genre which has never touched before. He is making the script ready for a horror film. Unlike all the horror comedies that are coming up these days, Krishna Vamsi is planning to direct a movie which can beat Arundathi's record. The closer people are claiming that the movie is going to be made with the highest budget of 40 crores. This is not only the first Horror film in Krishna Vamsi's career but also the highest budget movie.
Doing a high budget horror flick is good, but which producer will come forward to invest a huge amount into the movie of a flop director? Though the actors who are playing the leads in his movies are getting popular, the producers are facing losses. If the budget is 40 crores, then the film has to gross at least 50 crores at the box office, elsewhere the producer won't get a single penny of profit. So it would be an experiment for any producer.
