Monsoon effect is not felt heavily in Telugu cities like Hyderabad and Vijayawada, but Indias financial capital Mumbai has succumbed to it. The whole of it got underlaid in water, roads submerged and general life hit. At the same time, the wind is chilling and there is no sun too.
