Kshanam Remake: Bang On Target

'Kshanam' is the small budget film which has created sensation last year. It was Released without any expectations but went on to become a super hit. Kshanam is a thriller made on par with Hollywood range standards, Telugu audience also received it well. 'Kshanam' has attracted other film industries also. Hindi, Tamil remake rights fetched good price for the producers.

Shoot of Hindi remake is yet to start but Tamil Remake is ready for release now. Titled 'Sathya', Tamil remake is getting ready for release in July. Filmmakers have released the movie trailer recently. If we watch the 2 minute 'Sathya' trailer, we can understand they have just copied 'Kshanam'. The movie appears to be effective in Tamil as well. If you watch the trailer keeping aside your thought that it is a remake, it appears interesting.

Going by the trailer, it appears Tamil audience will surely own the film. Sathyaraj's son Sibi Sathyaraj is the hero and he is just ok. Ramya Nabeesan paired with him in this film. It seems she is going to be the main attraction in the film. Anasuya role reprised by Sarathkumar daughter Varalaxmi. Sathyam Rajesh role is played by senior actor Anand Raj. Ravi Varma is repeating his role in the remake also. Pradeep Krishnamurthy of 'Betaludu' fame is the director.
