I Was Literally Worried About The Title: KTR
By: Tupaki Desk | 26 Jun 2018 5:27 AM GMTTelangana Minister KTR never hides his fondness towards films. He often attends the film events and moves closely with the Tollywood celebrities. He has recently attended the pre-release event of 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi'. The movie is directed by Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame. As usual, KTR made some interesting comments on the occasion.
KTR said that he is worried about the title 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi'(What happened to this city?) because the title is commonly used in newspapers whenever they are reporting the city condition during the rainy season. He said "I was literally worried about it. I hope this film is not about it".
KTR appreciated Tharun Bhasckar for not using his family background to grow in his career. He said that he felt proud that Tharun is not running after the stars after scoring a super hit like 'Pelli Choopulu'. He said that "I could see the trailer is in the lines of Hangover, Dil Chahta Hai, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. I'm a huge fan of buddy films, road comedies."
When the 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' team appraoched KTR to grace the event, he laid a condition that the cast & crew should turn up in handloom clothes. All of them turned up in handloom clothes. KTR expressed his happiness over their handloom clothes and commented, "I'm happy to see everybody turning up in handlooms though a few people cheated with some changes."
