What for KTR offered Rs 150 crore to Kavitha?

A lot of Public Representatives complain there is cash crunch to take up certain development programmes in their constituencies. Family Members & those who maintain good contacts with CM or Ministers will be able to get the funds they seek. What about others?
Recently, Nizamabad MP K Kavitha met Municipal Minister K Taraka Rama Rao to seek funds for her constituency. KTR sanctioned Rs 150 crore without any delay.
A Coordination Meeting chaired by Kavitha took place in Hyderabad to discuss about the development works to be taken up in Jagityal, Korutla and Metpally Municipalities. Municipal Offices in these Municipalities will be converted into e-offices. Welcome Boards, Video Conference rooms, Toilets, Mini Tank Bunds, Parks, Gyms, Swimming Pools, e-libraries, Bus Shelters, Play Grounds for women and Function Halls will be established with the sanctioned fund.
Why don't KTR treat other Municipalities in the Telangana State in the same manner? Who will answer this question!?
