Lack Of Promotions Pulling 'Vikram Vedha' Down!

It is well known that 'Vikram Vedha' featuring Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead was a huge blockbuster during the time of its release and the director duo Pushkar-Gayatri have remade it in Hindi with the same name. Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan are the lead actors in this remake which is releasing on 30th September. The trailer created a huge hype and fans were excited about this project.
But the promotional strategy from the production banner is upsetting the movie lovers. The two songs which came out till date did not get a great response even though Hrithik danced in one of them. People who predicted a 25 crores opening day collections are now bringing their expectations down. Hrithik Roshan is not actively participating in the promotions while the rest of the team are focusing mostly on North India. They are not following what team 'Brahmastra' did. Experts are complaining that the production house' lack of aggression and ignoring the huge market down South will have an impact on the collections.
The big collections of 'Brahmastra' have given a boost for Bollywood. With no big till SRK's 'Pathan' hits the screens in January, 'Vikram Vedha' team has a great opportunity to promote the film on a national level and get massive collections. Also, 'Vikram Vedha' is competing with 'Naane Varuvean' and 'PS - 1' which are releasing on the same day. But the team of 'Vikram Vedha' are showing no intent and this is worrying Hrithik's fans.
The film underlines 'Between Good & Evil, what you choose, defines you. Let us wait and see who wins the battle. Is it tough cop Vikram? or Is it dreaded gangster Vedha? 'Vikram Vedha' is produced jointly by T Series, Reliance Entertainments, Friday Filmworks, Studios Y Not and AP International Films. Pushkar and Gayatri directed this film.
